BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and FAST SERVICE I had my eye exam at the san Jacinto location, I was in and out in and out in a timely manner, staff was friendly and even though I did not find glasses at this location the girls had no problem communicating with the Beaumont 2nd street location and allowing me to choose glasses there. The optician that assisted me was JAZ, Not only was she welcoming and burst of a great energy, but she provided multiple options for me to choose the best style that fit my face, explained my prescription and went over my benefits. I didn't feel rushed and was ultimately able to pick out a great pair and after my insurance benefits , I only had to pay less than 100$.. After leaving the office my glasses returned BEFORE the promise date and the girls were very accommodating in allowing me to pick them up. After receiving my glasses, I recognized a difference right away and am absolutely in love with them and how fast, professional and courteous my experience. Thank you JAZ and the focus vision staff.
